OKTAVA MK-13 iconic tube condenser microphone.
Manufactured in the USSR in
1970. This exactly mic is 100% original, without any mods or whatever.
Original 70's OKTAVA mic transformer, 6S31B Soviet military tube , original OKTAVA MK-13 capsule in excellent condition, never been re-skinned, repaired or whatever (please see detailed pics), original Soviet capacitors, all was measured, tested and is absolutely great!
Mic comes with AEG professionally hand crafted PSU unit which requires voltage from 110V US to 220V EU power.
XLR output from the PSU. Polar pattern selector is also located on the PSU unit. Cardioid, omni and figure eight.
Cable for connection the mic to
PSU with original Soviet connector is included. Shock mount Akg h85 is included too. You can use it just right out of the box!

The Oktava MK13 is a Soviet-made multi-pattern large diaphgram tube condenser microphone using a double-sided
M7 style capsule and a 6S31B tube (also used in the LOMO
19a19). The microphone was developed by the IRPA in Leningrad in the 1960s, and was put into regular production at the Oktava plant in the early 70s although in very small numbers (less than 300 were made).
