Works as it should. Serial number etched on the back is RT042. I replaced the tube (12AX7) with a JJ 12AU7 for much better range of the Drive control and a nicer breakup overall. I will include the original 12AX7 and a new Shuguang 12AT7 I also tried in the circuit so you can compare. Two-prong power cord is attached.
