For sale is my dad’s Taylor 114ce.
He originally bought one guitar for himself and a GSMini for me, but he never really picked his up to learn it.
Pros:
Mint condition body, rarely played
Electronics fully functional
Bridge is stable (no lifting)
No fret sprout or fret buzz (frets recently polished)
Cons:
Two minor dents on the front face (shown in images)
Overall:
This is a very well-maintained example of a 114ce that was barely played. The fretboard shows no signs of wear. The pickguard doesn't even have a scratch. I’ve kept this guitar stored properly in a temperature and humidity controlled environment, along with my other guitars. I kept it tuned and strummed it occasionally to keep it healthy. The neck is straight and its non-smoker.
It's a Sitka Spruce top with Sapele sides and back I believe.
Beautiful grain on the fretboard and the frets are super smooth after I polished them.
Unfortunately I'm not left-handed so I cant enjoy this beauty.
