Just got set up by a luthier with Nickel-Bronze 10s, plays and sounds phenomenal! String height is pretty nice (last pic).
Only repair needed was a hair-thin, 10cm long crack on the body needing to be glued and reinforced (second to last photo), but thankfully that's all there was to fix by the luthier (almost all of these guitars need a neck reset : this one didn't!).
It's in very good cosmetic condition also.
