It's a USB Audio interface. Works like a champ. Also includes a mic cable (50') and an SM58 clone of unknown provenance. The mic says "Made in S. Korea" inside the XLR connector and the stand mount has an Audio Technica logo on it, but I'm not sure who made the microphone.
