Here is a very good condition Vintage Gibson EB-0 Bass from 1969. I believe they transitioned for a few year in having a slotted headstock so this one was produced earlier in the year. The pots date to late 1968. It plays great and is definitely a survivor sure to make someone happy!
It appears to be all original with no breaks or repairs present. There is some cracking in the paint along the neck joint seam but other than that it is extremely clean. Someone also etched some numbers along the back of the neck joint and the inside of the control cavity cover but that just gives it character.
The neck is straight and the action low. The bridge appears all original, the allen screw to hold the bridge in on the treble side is stripped out so adjusting it wasn't exactly a breeze, but I did get it to where I am happy with it. Truss rod is fully functional and has been adjusted as well.
All electronics appear original and non molested. It does have a muddier tone than I was expecting but that is pretty normal with this vintage EB bass.
Comes with a non original vintage case, strap and cable.
Currently loaded with flat wounds.
