DESCRIPTION
Summit Cases uses the finest materials available for our cases. Using high-grade, consistent components ensures that our cases are the pinnacle of durability and uniformity:
Wood – 3/8” Void-free plywood, 3/4” 13 ply Baltic birch plywood for wheel-plates and racks.
Laminate – Wilsonart standard-grade “touchstone” finish high pressure laminate. Pantone color matching and a wide variety of colors and finishes are available.
Aluminum Extrusion – Single-wall non-anodized natural finish alloy aluminum. Heavy-duty angle extrusion on all edges.
Corners, Handles, Latches, and Clamps – Zinc-plated steel hardware.
Rivets – Laminate bonded to plywood and angled extrusion held in place by POP Rivet brand fasteners. Spacing no more than six inches.
Casters – Guitel or Colson polyurethane swivel castors (4" standard).
Foam and Carpet - Two pounds per square inch density - soft and hard foam. Ozite carpet in various colors.
