The F body is George Lowden’s middle size build. Thinks small jumbo. This excellent clean condition 2023 Lowden F-35 features a 12-string configuration with a custom AAAA grade Alpine Spruce top paired with AAAA grade Indian Rosewood back and sides. This combination gives you big full tone, clarity and comfort, all of which are perfect for a 12-string guitar.
Other features include Mahogany body bindings, Abalone Pearl rosette, Mahogany and Rosewood 5-piece neck, Ebony fretboard, Rosewood pinless bridge and more.
Handmade by George Lowden and co. in Downpatrick, Northern Ireland, his guitars have a timeless organic folk appeal. Handmade in the old world style, the F-35 12-String has a satin finish (as all of his guitars) and all wood bindings, marquetry and purflings. Wonderfully stated, take one strum, hear that classic chime and breadth of sound, and you will know this is exactly what a 12-string should truly sound and feel like.
