The Fender Custom Shop 1969 Stratocaster Journeyman Relic in Charcoal Frost Metallic blends period-accurate style with modern playability. Featuring a 2-piece sorted alder body finished in aged nitro lacquer, this Strat captures the look and feel of a well-loved vintage instrument. A trio of hand-wound M.D. Bone Tone pickups delivers rich, articulate tone across all positions, supported by a '68–'69 vintage-style control layout for added tonal versatility.

The riff-sawn maple neck sports a round-lam maple fretboard with a comfortable 1969 "U" shape, 9.5" radius, and 6105 narrow tall frets for smooth playability. Subtle vintage appointments, like the large headstock, Schaller “F” tuners, Micarta black dot inlays, and an engraved Limited Edition neck plate, complete this faithful reissue. It’s a standout Custom Shop Strat built to inspire both on stage and in the studio.
