Kamaka Gold Label Solid Koa Soprano Ukulele
I am selling a vintage solid koa Kamaka gold label soprano ukulele.
The best word to describe this instrument is “Beater.”
This instrument has obviously been around the block a few times. There are scratches, scuffs, dings, and boo-boos as well as a couple of minor cracks down front near the bridge. It also seems as though the back might have been re-glued at some point.
But the most important thing is that the action is playable and the instrument sounds exactly as an old Kamaka should. It is strung with Oasis fluorocarbon strings.
If you’re looking for a glossy, beautiful, pristine Kamaka ukulele that will impress your friends, this isn’t it.
But if you’re looking for a vintage Kamaka that’s quite playable and sounds exactly as you would expect a vintage Kamaka to sound like, well here you go.
Please research this Kamaka soprano ukulele carefully, study the photos closely, consider its condition, and bid accordingly.
