Lector CDP0.6T Hi-End Tube CD Player, 1980s - Excellent Condition

This unit is a front-loading CD player.  It has been recently cleaned and serviced by a reputable dealer and is in top working order and excellent condition... complete with remote.

The Lector CDP-0.6T is a TR U E  TUBE  CD-PLAYER with 24-bit, 96 kHz tube analog class performance

The CDP-0.6 CD-player with tube analog output featuring original CDM servo with proprietary software control, proprietary DAC chip-set, and D.S.P. resampling solution. Audio analog output is based on pure direct DAC connection as two double triodes on a class A configuration circuit (ECC-81, 12AT7)

From digital chip set DAC pin to output pin, the signal analog domain doesn't have any transistor or IC on the signal path; only true, genuine, premium tube circuit. Only premium-grade polypropylene capacitors are used on the signal path.

This feature it's really important, so the fragile analog signal doesn't suffer of typical solid state integrated circuit sound.

The analog output section uses 2 double triode, pure class A, tubes (ECC-81 or 12AT7) that have been selected for their low noise and tuning, trimmed for precision tracking of voltage output.

An accurate digital clock circuit generator supplies the correct and stable frequency at very low jitter to the digital demodulator IC circuit, enabling the serial three-wire signal drive to reduce the load on the digital-to-analog converter chip.

The DAC chip is a special, custom-made proprietary component manufactured exclusively for Lector, as is the 70-watt toroidal power transformer.
