All shipments are made via FedEx and must be signed for upon delivery.

RETURN/REFUND POLICIES: Accordions may be returned within 7 days of purchase for a full refund, less shipping to/from.

Items received after the 7 day return policy will be considered rentals,

and the rental charge will be deducted on a pro rata basis according

to our rental schedule. No refunds will be made after 6 months.

A 3% finance charge will be deducted from any refund issued via credit card, debit card, or PayPal.
