These Paiste 900 Series 14" Sound Edge Hi Hat Cymbals are created from Paiste's industry standard CuSn8 bronze alloy, and refined with Swiss craftsmanship by hand hammering and lathing. A special darker finish amplifies the lathing grooves and hammer marks for a gorgeous appearance that blends roughness and elegance. What makes Sound Edge Hats so special is due to their extra pneumatic hammering along the edge of the bottom cymbal. The result is greater articulation between the top and bottom cymbals.These particular hats are very responsive with a lively intensity and a crisp stick sound.
