Vintage 60s-70s or so Slingerland Snappy Snare Wires. I think these would be the A-1613 wires. 16 Strand, 13" length, for a 14" drum.
They're in great shape, some minor pitting and signs of age, but nothing very serious. There is a slight bit of stretch in the wires, but very minor, and it disappears once there is a bit of tension on them. Essentially just what you'd expect from a set of vintage wires.
