For your consideration is a 1983 Gibson Heritage Series Korina Explorer Reissue in Ultra Rare Ivory White Finish. Korina Construction, Shaw Pickups with 1983 Ink Date Stamps, Gold Hardware, Late 1982 Dated Pots, Large Rounded Neck Profile, Gibson Custom Shop Logo on the Back of the Headstock with Impressed 1983 Serial Number, and Inlayed Gibson Headstock Logo. Comfortable Explorer weight at 7.9 pounds. Rounded 50s inspired Neck Profile with a .86" 1st fret depth to .99" at the 12th fret. The Rare Ivory White Finish displays lots of cool riverbed style finish checking with finish wear on the top in the arm overhang area. Good ++ Vintage Condition with lots of nicks, dings, and fine scratches. No structural cracks or repairs. The Original frets are nice, clean, and very playable. Included is the Original Black Tolex Hardshell Case with Red Lining. Of the Three Models in Gibson's Heritage Korina Series the Explorers are always the hardest to find let alone one in the Original Ivory White Finish.
