The Fodera Emperor 5 Standard Classic has been restocked. First introduced in 2015 NAMM Show, as a vintage version of the successful Emperor 5 Standard, caught eyes of many bassists and worldwide Fodera dealers.
The Standard Classic is about going back to the vintage tone with more simple and basic aesthetics.
Top grade Alder Body gives good resonance as well as nice balanced tone. Wonderful 3-Piece Quartersawn Hard Rock Maple Neck and Indian Rosewood Fingerboard with rich & full sound. Mother of Pearl Dots Inlays.
Urethane High Gloss Satin Finish over Vintage Sunburst on the unique shape of the Emperor body shape. with combination of Tortoise pickguard and Chrome hardware.
Combination of Fodera/Duncan Dual Coil Pickup and Fodera/Pope Standard 3-Band Preamp can achieve pleasing tone delivering the High-End High Resolution signature Fodera sound.
Rock solid Gotoh Tuners and Fodera - Standard Bridge is applied for nice sustain and resonance(same parts used in Custom Line Basses).
Bolt-on Neck Joint applied in this bass is a result of Fodera's superior craftmanship promising a deep resonance and long sustain and extra punch on your sound. Symbolic Buckeye Burl/Holly F Butterfly Logo on the head.
