1965 Fender Telecaster Custom (Sunburst Finish - White Binding) Includes original Fender logo case. We purchased this Telecaster Custom directly from John 5 through a mutual friend. John 5 was Kind enough to write us a note about the guitar and take a picture during the purchase. This is a fantastic Telecaster, plays and sounds great. Very comfortable C shape neck. The neck on this Telecaster dates 3 Nov. 1964-B, so it's kind of a half pre-CBS. The case is in really good condition, it is missing the latch on the left side, includes a tag around the handle with the serial number and description of guitar, most likely written by J5. The pots look like they may have been changed out at some time, they might be from 1967. This would a great guitar to own for players, or collectors, hopefully players...Ha!
