I designed this 3D printed cable holder to attach to the top of an Intellijel 7U 104HP performance case when it is upright (photos illustrate a case attached to another case via the Intellijel joiner plates). It hooks to the front lip of the case for stability. I used a textured print bed to emphasize the metallic look of the filament. It won't quite match the actual metal of the case, but it comes close if you're looking for a cable holder that doesn't stand out too much.
