Ok well.. if you’ve got down with me before or follow my shizz.. yes, I’m LOOOOONG winded.. usually say MUCH more then needed, try and use catchy..funny lingo.. ya know… all that good stuff! Ha.

Well boys and girls, I can assure you as cliche as this sounds…I WILL REGRET letting this one go!
Look I have a ”real” 58 gold guard.. all be it refinished.. and it’s not a V neck like this jewel… but y’all.. if I set them next to each other….. TRUST… you’d think this was the real 50’s! I mean it cats and kittens!!! This bass is the TRUTH!! Absolutely as CLOSE as you could possibly get to a real gold guard without Dropping “real coin” lol. Not that the asking price on this one is a drop in the hat…. But folks I’m positive if you played this next to one somebody is asking 15 or 20 K for… I really think you would pick this one!! I know I would!

Anyway, all of the wear and tear on this real! It spent the first half of its life in a recording studio in Arkansas… and bars and honky tonks throughout the southern states…. And oh my does it look PROPER or what? And let’s not mention how it feels and sounds. Weighs in at 8.2 lbs!!! You definitely have to be OK with a maple board and the slim V-neck profile…. but boys and girls if you are and you’ve had the privilege of playing a real one from this era you are about to be blown the F out of the water.!!!! everything is original I even have the covers just not pictured. V00 serial number.. penciled neck date of 11-11-82 and this DESERVES to be back on stages or making timeless memories in the studio!!

Fender Nation… this bass is special.. and it needs some new FOREVER HANDS!!
