I am offering a Martin D-35 Standard Reimagined Sunburst from 2022, the handcrafted in Nazareth, Pennsylvania (USA) all solid wood dreadnought acoustic guitar model from the Martin Standard Reimagined series with a fine-grained Sitka spruce top over a forward shifted X-bracing, back and sides made of impressively figured East Indian rosewood, set-in selected hardwood neck with modified low oval neck profile and 44.45mm wide bone nut, bound ebony fingerboard with mother-of-pearl dot inlays and high-quality Grover Rotomatics tuners in a brilliant 1935 Sunburst nitrocellulose high-gloss finish including faux tortoise pickguard in mint condition, including a black Martin luxury hardshell case and professional setup with 12-gauge Elixir strings.

This traditional 14-fret dreadnought acoustic guitar is crafted from the finest materials and comes with an exceptionally tasteful, timeless look. The instruments in the 35 series - guitars with solid Sitka spruce tops, three-piece backs and sides made of solid East Indian rosewood, and minimal ornamentation - have been a staple of Martin for nearly six decades. Since its introduction in the 1960s, the D-35 has not changed much and has been played by some of the most famous musicians of all time, from Johnny Cash to Elvis Presley to Jim Croce.

When selecting the top wood, you can immediately see the expertise and experience that Martin has poured into its guitar making. A finely resonant Sitka spruce top provides a bright and powerful sound experience, especially in the mid and high frequencies, with long-lasting overtones. Due to its strong vibration characteristics, the top, in combination with forward shifted X-bracing, builds up unparalleled dynamics that are particularly noticeable when strummed.

The back and sides are made of East Indian rosewood, which, thanks to the three-piece construction, reveals a very powerful yet dynamic and precise response, especially in the bass range. The overall tone is rich and orchestral, yet conveys a warm note—just as only a D-35 can.

The combination of the classic 645mm scale length, the 44.45mm bone nut and the modified low oval neck profile allows for an unencumbered, smooth playing feel.

Visually, the guitar impresses with a seamlessly executed 1935 sunburst nitro high-gloss finish, which is complemented by multi-layer antique white Balteron bindings, a faux tortoise pickguard and mother-of-pearl dot inlays to create a classic, elegant overall look.

This instrument is in mint condition, extremely well maintained and technically flawless. Visually, there is only occasional fine minor wear, if any (see photos). The frets are in great condition.
