Its Sitka spruce top and East Indian rosewood back and sides produce a powerful, resonant voice with deep bass, clear trebles, and rich harmonic complexity. Abalone pearl borders the top, back, sides, rosette, and fingerboard extension, giving the D-45 its unmistakable presence.

Martin’s updated 2025 Standard Series refinements make this D-45 even more responsive and comfortable than before. Sitka GE bracing delivers vintage-inspired punch and sustain, while the GE Modified Low Oval neck with High-Performance Taper feels fast, smooth, and immediately familiar. Elegant details like antique white binding, hexagon fingerboard inlays, a bound ebony fingerboard, and gold open-gear tuners round out a guitar built for players who expect the absolute best.
