Upgraded Arion HU-8500 Stage Tuner with 3PDT True Bypass Switch Installed

Upgraded Arion HU-8500 Stage Tuner with 3PDT True Bypass switch installed. Heat shrink used to secure switch wiring, and thermoplastic adhesive applied to battery leads for improved durability. 3PDT switch is used for true bypass for both output jacks. As a result, no loss occurs to the guitar signal when the effect is turned off. One jack output is for live tuning with guitar signal being muted while tuning, and the other jack output has guitar signal being output while tuning. (Note: the original miniature push button on/off switch remains operable inside the pedal on the circuit board in an “on” position, visible and accessible through the original slit/cutout on the lower right section of the foot switch, which maintains the LED status indicator to be “on” when the pedal receives power, and if the 3PDT switch were removed the pedal could be reverted back to its original configuration if a foot switch cover and spring (not included) were added). Battery cover is not included. This has been tested as operable with both AC/DC adapter power (not included) and a 9 volt battery (not included). As a result of the 3PDT true bypass switch upgrade and necessary additional wiring leads, the tuner can sometimes produce noise while tuning (generally gated at low output; e.g., less noticeable for single coil and lower output humbuckers) and a slight click can be heard with the on/off switch when using the secondary output jack with audible tuning. But unlike the original wiring, the upgraded 3PDT true bypass wiring avoids guitar signal loss when the effect is bypassed. Sold as is, no returns.
