Sometimes, our loss is your gain. Here is a King Bb Soprano Saxophone, made somewhere between 1920 and 1925, and in need of a restoration. Essentially, it needs a new neck cork and to be repadded. All of the parts are present. The keys and levers all move smoothly. It comes with its original case, mouthpiece and ligature. The lacquer is about 65 - 70% intact. There are no dings or dents. In many respects, it was a well cared for instrument; it’s just a hundred years old or so and some stuff needs to be replaced.
Considered among the finest Soprano Saxes of the jazz age and to come out of this country, we’re pricing it below what we have in it, with the understanding that you will need to put some money into it to make it whole.
