Limited-edition commemorative anniversary USA Esquire finished in Lake Placid Blue.

In very good condition with a couple of ding as pictured. There is a tiny bit of 'lift' on the pickguard as is common on these single ply designs - however it's minor and a brand new one can be purchased on ebay etc for only £10 if required.

It is constuctured from a very lightweight, roasted Pine body, a reasonably chunky Maple neck with comfortable Broadcaster "U" profile, Maple fretboard with 21 vintage tall frets and 7.25" radius, 3-saddle bridge, vintage style tuners and bone nut. It weighs only 7lb.

Tim Shaw designed the Esquire's single coil bridge pickup, which delivers that classic glassy Fender chime. The 3-way switch then allows you to either engage or disengage the tone control, as well as having the flexibility to roll off the tone and retain top-end sparkle, which is otherwise lost in so many guitars.

It comes with its original tweed hard case to protect it, paperwork and candy as pictured.
