25 months in the making, I received this bass in Oct 2024. I selected the lightest weight mahogany wood Zon had available as well as the 5AAA maple top before production got started. Bass is like new to mint condition. This one has a standard bridge and tuners. With my large collection, this one hardly gets rotated to play. With the wait time being over 3 years for a current Zon build, this may perhaps be the final Hyperbass to be produced. It was delivered in standard B-G tuning however, I tuned it up a fourth to E-C. You can tune it as you please. Upgrades include: 5AAA maple top and headstock cap, wenge wood strip between maple and mahogany body wood, additional pickup and electronics upgrade (see pickup diagram pic), and satin finish. I have included pics I received from ZON during its build. This bass will be shipped in its original packaging and fully insured.
