A new design, these pickups are designed to enhance the guitar’s natural snap and attack. They deliver a more aggressive take on the Gretsch sound every time you plug in. You can refine your sound using the individual volume knobs per pickup, plus the master volume and master tone controls. These supreme electronics are loaded into an all-maple body. The hollowbody design features Gretsch’s Arc-Tone bracing, which puts more mass under and in front of the bridge. This design choice makes the guitar top stiffer, leading to a snappier attack. What’s more, all-new Arc-Tone bracing puts more material under the front of the bridge for a snappier sound and biting attack. Aggressive, articulate Pro-FT Filter’Tron pickups

Plug your Professional Falcon in for the first time and prepare to be impressed. It’s loaded with two Pro-FT Filter’Tron humbuckers designed specifically for the Professional Falcon. Gretsch reports that the Pro-FT Filter’Trons can get very aggressive without losing that great Gretsch sound we all know and love. The bridge pickup features an Alnico V magnet for a bit more bite; the neck pickup’s Alnico II magnet gives you a bit more smoothness. You also get a No Load tone control and a treble bleed circuit on the master volume control.

Easy restringing and ultimate expression

Your new Professional Falcon comes with a Bigsby B6 vibrato tailpiece. Bigsbys are well loved by guitarists the world over for their smooth warbling tone. But you don’t need Us to tell you that.
