Early 70's Ludwig Concert Tom kit in Silver Sparkle with Clear Maple interiors. Sizes are 14 by 22, 9 by 13, 10 by 14 and 16 by 16. The Floor Tom is single headed with Ludwig Standard Tom Mounts used as Floor Tom leg brackets - maybe this drum was a special order? The maple interiors of the 22, 13 and 14 have more lacquer and some of the prettiest Ludwig maple shells I've seen. No extra holes, Silver Sparkle is still vibrant, seams are tight with a little glue residue visible from wrap shrinkage over the years. Some typical scuffs and scrapes, but the set presents well for being over 50 years old. Sounds great - perfect for a studio, hip backline company or an Eagles tribute band!
