The two clamps will revolve to any odd angle. Very solid.
This older model does not come in the shiny chrome finish of the newer model. It is just flat mat metal.
FROM PEARL: The AX25 features two quick-release revolving clamps for multi-angle convenience and positioning. Adjust from side-to-side and up-and-down for flexible mounting of accessories and added drums around the drum kit. Each clamp expands to fit 1/2" to 1-1/8" rods and pipes.
