A timeless tone machine with a soulful, played-in feel—this Fender Custom Shop build blends classic looks with Custom Shop craftsmanship. The alder body is finished in a stunning Lake Placid Blue, lightly aged with the Journeyman Relic treatment: subtle lacquer checking, mild hardware patina, and just the right amount of vintage mojo. A medium-tinted maple neck with a 1960-style oval “C” profile pairs beautifully with the flat-lam rosewood fretboard, featuring a 9.5″ radius and Narrow Tall frets for smooth bends and vintage-style playability. Loaded with a set of Hand-Wound ’Bone Tone’ pickups, this Strat delivers crisp articulation, woody mids, and lush low-end clarity across all five positions.
