For sale we have a 1995 Fender P-Bass in factory Red finish with soft case. Made in Mexico. The bass is in very good used condition overall showing light honest play wear throughout the body with light surface scuffs and scratches from normal use over the years. The neck shows less signs of use and is in very nice condition. It has been played and enjoyed but not abused by any means. The bass is all-original to the best of our knowledge. These mid-90s black label era Precisin Basses feature bodies and necks that were made in the USA and then shipped down to Mexico to be assembled and outfitted with electronics and hardware. Th bass features a 34” scale length, solid Alder body with Red finish (looks closer to Dakota Red than Fiesta Red in person), 3-ply mint green pickguard, a split-bobbin P-Bass single coil pickup with volume and tone controls as well as its original chrome pickup cover, Strat style knobs and a Top-Loader stop tailpiece bridge with 4 adjustable barrel saddles. The Maple neck features a comfortable C-shape profile measuring .840” deep at the first fret and .980” deep at the twelfth fret. Width at the nut measures 1 9/16”. The Rosewood fingerboard features a 9.5” radius, white dot inlaid fret markers and 20 medium jumbo frets. The frets show a small amount of play wear but have tons of life left. The truss rod is accessed at the headstock and functions properly. The bass is very well balanced and weighs in at 8 lbs. 5 oz. It will ship in a Road Runner branded soft case (structured soft case with hard internal shell) and will be properly packed with care. In-store trades only.
