1970's Yamaki Custom 125

Such an awesome instrument! These are typically referred to as the "Martin Killers" and while not quite a vintage Martin, it comes close.

Incredible tone with a slimmer playing neck. Absolutely love the finish on this and in-person, it's even better.

This guitar seems all original with consistent signs of wear for it's age. There is the slightest crack around the sound hole (picture 3) that has no effect to playability or tone. Was recently set-up and strung with 10 gauge Martin strings. Comes well-shipped with a non-orignal hardshell case.

Design & Appearance
The Yamaki Custom 125 features a classic, sleek design with a traditional single-cutaway body shape, reminiscent of popular Western models from the same era. Its body is crafted from solid woods, giving it a sturdy and substantial feel. The guitar typically comes with a glossy sunburst or natural finish that highlights the wood's grain, enhancing its visual appeal. The binding around the body and neck adds a touch of elegance to the overall aesthetic. With its vintage charm, the Custom 125 stands out with a refined, polished look that blends retro style with Japanese craftsmanship.
