Mouthpiece Trumpet Nickel Plated 1940s Brand N-VEPA Н-ВЕПА Soviet Union

I don't know what kind of trumpet this mouthpiece is used for, I'm not a musician. There is a clamp on the mouthpiece in the form of Cyrillic letters " N-VEPA " - " Н-ВЕПА ".
An internet search did not yield any additional information. I think only specialists in this field will be able to name the manufacturer of the device. Most likely, such a plant or factory no longer exists and such mouthpieces are not produced.

Judging by its appearance, it seems to me that the mouthpiece was made during the Soviet Union - a country that no longer exists. It has a nickel coating, silver color and is in very good condition. I am sure that it can be safely used further. Judging by the size of the mouthpiece, I can assume that it is used on a tuba or an equivalent large trumpet.

Dimensions:
Length - 9 cm (3.54 inch)
Diameter of the inlet for the lips - 3.5 cm (1.37 inch)
Diameter of the outlet - 1 cm (0.40 inch)

The mouthpiece is sold as is, so please look at the photo carefully and ask questions.
With respect, we are waiting for a buyer!
