Mt. Fugi Custom offset mustang style electric guitar. Natural Mahogany, Nitro (StewMac Parts)

Fully assembled 1-off guitar by Mt. Fugi Customs. All parts are from a StewMac kit except for the bridge pickup. In excellent used condition with some light play wear. The following setup / finishing techniques were applied to this build:

- Body finished in matte nitrocellulose lacquer with black grain filler

- Neck also finished in nitro

- Peghead shaped and fitted with custom waterslide decal logo

- Laurel fingerboard was chemically darkened to resemble rosewood (not stained)

- Fret ends dressed

- Fingerboard edges rolled for comfortable feel.

Keep in mind that is assembled from relatively inexpensive import kit parts. Hardware, electronics and pickups are comparable to a Squire if that gives you an idea. My goal with this build was to learn finishing techniques and maximize it's potential by assembling with the utmost care. There are some light file marks in fretboard as pictured. Some of the fret ends could have been seated better from the factory but it still plays great up and down the neck with only a bit of fretting out on the 20th fret on the high E string with medium low action (10 gauge strings).
