I dont have enough eurorack equipment to test this anymore but I believe the rate led is out on the top oscillator. Its a really tiny led that I dont usually have so I've always just used my ears. It has always been that way for me. V/Oct cv works great and is well calibrated.
You can see and hear that it works well and sounds great. (that's unquantized cv btw).
