And now for something completely different…
In an attempt to trim my collection down, I am selling my beloved Fender Pawn Shop Excelsior amplifier. This boutique amp is in pristine condition. It has never left my music room since the day it was delivered in 2012.
A most unique amp, in fact I’ve never seen or heard anything even remotely like it, sports three inputs for guitar, mic, and accordion—yes, accordion. It puts out 13 watts via two 6V6 output tubes and two 12AX7 preamp tubes.
Of course it has an 8” or 10” or maybe a 12” speaker, right? Nope. A beautiful full and robust 15” special design speaker. This design is great for big, hollow body acoustics, and gives solid bodies a nice fat sound. Put a distortion pedal in front of it and it crushes. And yes, it has a lush tremolo with speed control and a Bright/Dark switch to further dial in your tone.
This is an amazing amp in pristine condition. I hate to let it go.
