There isn't much I can find out about this rare Japanese microphone online, but it's in excellent shape. I have used it and it works fine for a microphone of its age. Definitely gives a vintage, lo-fi sound and has surprisingly good audio, but the gain is very low, so you'll need a device that can boost its output level. It's a high impedance mic and the connector is an unbalanced 1/4". Another listing of the same mic states it's:
"a vintage 1960's and very rare clone of the RCA BK-1. This is the Japanese brand NEAT, Model TM-15 Dynamic Microphone with matching base. It's quite a well made piece, from the heavy gauge aluminum casing, to the sleep gloss black enamel paint, to the good quality dynamic element, to the heavy matching support base. The physical condition is very good as well with a pivot joint that holds the angle just right."
As shown, it ships in its original packaging. No cosmetic damage and looks as unique as it sounds.
