Nice 12 string Alvarez made in China. Mid to late 90's model. Easy player, with nice action and basically new frets. The only guy that owned it was left handed and tried to learn right but couldn't and gave up so there's very little wear at all. Has truss rod adjustment if ever needed, but has light strings on it and looks great.
One ding and small scratch on the back, but it's just in the finish. Comes with case and new set of D'addario strings.
