Up for sale today is a beautiful, vintage, Selmer mark vii alto saxophone. This one is completley original and has around 85%of the original lacquer remaining. The early mark vii produced are thiught to have used the mark vi body tubes so this one would fall under that category as the mark vi were produced until around 235xxx. Comes fit with newer overhaul and full set up. This horn plays effortlessly, with lots of selmer color. Original neck comes with no past damage and the horn is everything you could ask for. Lots of projection.. and key work feels very fast and fluid under your fingers. The body is in great shape and the neck is all orignal with no past repairs. This is a lot of horn for the money and you get the “real deal” vintage selmer sound for around 1/2 price of a modern selmer. This horn is ready to go and will need nothing for years to come.
