The J-15 EC Deluxe with Fishman Presys-II pickup system comes with a hard case, which is unprecedented in this price range. The guitar is made using a traditional combination of spruce and mahogany. A fingerboard fitted with twenty frets is glued to the okoumé neck. The guitar's easy voicing is provided by Fishman Presys-II active electronics with a two-band equalizer, feedback protection and built-in tuner. This makes the guitar ideal for live playing or recording.

The acoustic sound is carried by an exquisite overtone.
