Vintage 1968 Fender Telecaster - refinished black / lacquer; maple cap neck; mostly original - PLEASE READ DESCRIPTION CAREFULLY for details.

I bought this guitar from a friend many years ago, and it was entirely disassembled, with primer on the body, and missing the pickguard, control plate, and input cup. I had the body professionally refinished (black w/nitro lacquer) and I reassembled it. The maple cap neck has the original finish and frets.
The neck, neck plate, neck screws, tuners, body, bridge, pickups, ashtray, string ferrules, strap buttons, and case are all original.
The pickguard, control plate, pots, switch, knobs, and input plate are non-original.
In pic 10, you can see that I installed a different input plate than the original "cup" style that's normally on a 68. If you look closely at pic 4, you'll see one extra tuner screw hole at the low E tuner. At one point there were different tuners installed, and the original screw holes were used, except for the last tuner, so there was only this one extra hole. I have since put the original tuners back on.
Neck is nice and straight, and in great condition. Comes with original hard-shell case.
