2023 Infinite Trad T-Bird

Very cool cross between a Tele and a Firebird - a Telebird! Made by Infinite, a small workshop in Osaka, Japan that produces high-quality instruments typically only available in Japan. They're one of my favorite discoveries of the last couple of years, and have bought a few of their T-style guitars. They utilize some unique features in their instruments. Check out the last two pics to see how they join the long neck tenon to the body, and how they couple the fretboard and neck together.

This is a "Trad T" model, derived from the classic Tele shape but the body is slightly smaller. The neck also uses a 628mm (about 24.75") Les Paul scale instead of the usual 25.5", and has modern features like a compound radius fretboard, easy access truss rod adjustment wheel, Buzz Feiten tuning system for better intonation, and stainless steel frets. For reference, these sell new for about $2,600 in Japan.

The guitar plays easily and sounds great. The bridge pickup has that bold Tele twang, and the neck is smooth and chunky. In the center position, they sound marvelous together - possibly my favorite middle position sound on any guitar I've ever owned.

Condition is mint. It has a "lightly aged" finish, which is pretty minimal and mainly includes some light finish checking. I'm the original owner, having bought it new from Kurosawagakki in March of 2024. Comes in original padded gig bag with COA and all case candy.
