In a nod to the history between Johnny Cash and Martin Guitar, this X Series model was released in 2019. It features a dreadnought body in Jett black high pressure laminate (HPL) top, back and sides, with custom fingerboard star inlays and the "CASH" logo. It has a Performing Artist neck shape with High-Performance taper, scalloped X-bracing, and Fishman MX electronics. it comes with a soft case.
