The Kala Nomad is a superb value instrument in the ever growing world of the UBass.
The U-BASS is a ground breaking short scale bass that produces the same pitches as a standard bass instrument and is handily tuned in traditional bass tuning, EADG.
The Kala Nomad U-BASS is strung with Kala Round Wounds strings that incorporate a great UBass feel with plenty of that great UBass upright acoustic like bass tone. Its body is made of mahogany, stripped back to the bare essential, for a great workmanlike no frills look - perfect for gigging musician.
Amplifying the Nomad UBass is made easy courtesy of the onboard pickup and preamp system, which features an active EQ and handy built in tuner too.
