This Filmosound model 179 has been completely gone through by Bill Krinard. It comes with all NOS tubes. He signed the rear panel.This one was done exactly like the one that Steve Kimock purchased from Bill. Steve Kimock has said that this would be the last amp he ever sells. These Filmosound 179’s are super cool even before they get modded. And if you’re gonna have anyone mod them, Bill Krinard would be at the top of the list. This one is very similar to a tweed deluxe. I made the head cabinet and put the “Hardcore” logo on it. Bill approved the hard-core logo, it’s our favorite coffee shop in Sebastopol. I have a second one, but this is the only Steve Kimock model I have.
