This guitar is Mint and was left int the box since new. Came of of an incredible collection of the finest guitars.
Like getting a new Stephen Stern Gretsch Masterbuilt even though Steven retired ten years later.
Stephen Stern is the BEST, well that’s what one forum post claims at least. Spearheading the custom shop at Gretsch for many years now, he is highly regarded amongst the guitar building community and players alike for his craftsmanship and attention to detail.
Decked out in sultry, vintage-correct two-tone Smoke Green lacquer finish, ligthly aged for that under the bed look, this G6118 certainly looks the part.
Featuring a pair of TV Jones TV Classic pickups for that oh so classic Filter’Tron sound, married to the almost essential Bisgby B6C, this beast surely delivers on tone, providing the substance to match the style. Trestle braced maple laminate body, ebony fretboard and pearl thumbnail inlays, what more do you want from your Gretsch. One of only a handful imported into the UK, this is your chance to grab a truly fantastic guitar.
