The DMI-KLANG represents the first hardware collaboration between KLANG and DiGiCo, following the success of KLANG:fabrik. Built with cutting-edge FPGA technology, it delivers ultra-fast processing with just 0.25 ms latency, supporting 16 immersive in-ear mixes for 16 musicians from 64 input channels at single and double sampling rates.
Integrated as a DMI card, the DMI-KLANG seamlessly connects to DiGiCo SD and Quantum consoles, routing audio directly through the internal audio stream without additional I/O hardware. With the DiGiCo KLANG console link, users can maintain their existing workflow, leveraging snapshots, faders, and knobs while enjoying the benefits of immersive in-ear mixing. Alternatively, the DMI-KLANG can be mounted in a DiGiCo OrangeBox for compatibility with consoles supporting MADI, Dante, Optocore, and other DMI expansion cards or installed in the KLANG:konductor for added processing power.
