No doubt your vintage guitar suffers from negligence, and you need the services of Morgan & Morgan. After all, you don't pay unless you win. Correction: If you win, we need the lion's share of the settlement; it's in the fine print, and um, Brooks Brothers suites are pricey, you know. There is only one problem here, and that problem is that the shop owner who hung your guitar on a nail to cause the damage is no longer in business. Why go through the expense?
