I bought this bass new in London on Denmark Street and flew back to the US with it.
I love this thing, but I haven't picked it up and played it in two years. I think it's time to find it a new home.
The neck is super slim, long 34" scale length, pickups sound great, lighter than my 4003.
Neck through body, great looking wood. Inlays and binding are as good as any guitar I've seen.
I upgraded the pots, jack, and toggle switch with quality wire and components. The stock electronics weren't great, but I loved the sound of the pickups and opted to keep those when I did the upgrade.
Visual/cosmetic condition is great, playing is excellent. Currently set up with a set of daddario half-rounds 45-100.
