Vintage 1964 Martin Guitar Price List and Letter with Martin's Signature

Up for sale is a January 1964 Martin Price List with written in numbers of I believe to be the current guitar inventory, but not sure. On the front of the price list it is stated that it shows the availability list. It states not a price list but it is a price list. The letter that comes with the price list states that there is an enclosed copy of their current delivery schedule. The letter is from and signed by Mr. Frank H. Martin himself. The top of the letter is slightly worn as shown He is known for being very much involved in the sales aspect of the company. There is no separate sheet showing a delivery schedule. The price list has pen markings on the front and inside as shown.
