This 1966 Fender Mustang is a fantastic vintage guitar with a ton of character and excellent playability! It features an original neck, pickups, and electronics, with dates confirming its authenticity. The neck stamp reads "9May66A", and the pots have the following codes: 022367, 250K AUD 13-- (partially cut off), and 6612, all consistent with a 1966 production date.

The guitar has been professionally set up recently, with jack work completed to ensure it's ready to play. Cosmetically, it shows its age with paint chipping, fading, and light finish cracking, and metal parts show light corrosion.

The bridge itself is original, but the bridge assembly underneath was replaced a decade ago due to tuning issues. Unfortunately, the original part along with the whammy bar was misplaced. Additionally, the guitar comes with a quality case in good condition, but unfortunately not the original which was also misplaced a decade ago.
